Questions before we mix the colour?
Clear answers before any dye touches the carpet.
Is a bleach spot the same as a stain?
Not quite. A normal stain adds material or colour. Bleach and some cleaning chemicals remove or alter the carpet’s original colour, so cleaning alone cannot put that colour back.
Can every bleach spot be repaired?
No responsible technician should promise that from a description alone. Fibre type, remaining dye, chemical residue, physical fibre damage and the surrounding carpet all affect suitability and the achievable match.
Will the repaired spot be completely invisible?
The goal is a close, natural-looking blend from normal viewing angles. We do not promise a perfect match before inspection because carpet age, light, fibre and damage can affect the final appearance.
Can you repair colour loss caused by cleaners?
Potentially. Household bleach, peroxide-based products, bathroom cleaners, acne products and other chemicals can remove colour. Tell us what was used if you know, and do not apply more products before we inspect.
Do you dye full rooms or only spots?
Bleach-spot and localized colour repair are the main focus. We can also discuss broader fading, colour restoration or whole-room projects where the carpet is suitable.
